“Quench thirst with water.” That’s what Time-Out Chicago Magazine reports in their July 23-29 issue. They report that “71% of us said water is your favorite summer time thirst drink.” When it comes to the perfect thirst quencher, water is the absolute best solution.
To quench your thirst, there is no choice better than water. And, just like the first slice of pie isn’t as good as the second, neither is the second glass of water. After a while, consuming proper amounts of water is easier said than done. Consuming sufficient levels of water is vital to both quench your thirst and keeping us properly hydrated.
Problem is, H2O gets boring and often you have no interest for plain tap water and usually reach for high caloric drinks like juices and soda. Often times you may reach for coffee and tea that actually dehydrate you. Even though they both are made with water, coffee and tea provides us with no hydration benefits.
