What I liked about the program was the intensity and volume of information. Vince is very in your face with his workouts. You can tell from the first workout that it’s not for beginners. The amount of information in the program took some getting used to, but he does a good job of breaking it down into bite size pieces.
Hardcopy delivery sets him above the rest of the guys on the internet. It’s great to get videos I can watch at anytime. This was a welcome change from the traditional ebook format and gives this program an extra touch of professionalism and credibility.
The program also comes with a 20 page hard copy newsletter packed with information. It includes workout charts, tips and strategies, meal guides, and much more. The tips and strategies section was great for me. He really delivers cutting edge content in this section. Also included is the 90 minute mastermind session and member’s forum.
These two additions are the coaches you’ll need to push your to success. Vince lends his time (which is worth $175 per hour) at a fraction of the cost. The member’s forum is great community to share ideas, learn, and grow because everyone is on the same page.
The only downside the program is the amount of work involved. This isn’t for the beginner or lazy person. It requires a complete change in your life, but Vince’s mindset training prepares you for all of this.
This program is for anyone who’s serious about going beyond their genetic potential this year and I highly recommend it.
