Top Dessert Recipes While On Homeopathic HCG Diet
So you just started the 500 calorie HCG Diet? It definitely falls into the category of very low calorie. There’s even an abbreviation just for the “very low calorie diet.” It’s VLCD. The hard part for those who have a sweet tooth is dessert.

You’ll need to have Vanilla Creme Stevia, strawberries (sliced) and Melba Toast (plain)
Instructions: take the melba toast and add one drop of stevia. Slice up a few strawberries and place them along the toast in a layer. Then add one more drop of stevia. And you’re finished. Don’t form an opinion until you’ve tried it.
Strawberries and Cream, 1 serving
The ingredients listed are: Milk (1 TBSP), Strawberries, Vanilla Creme Stevia (2 to 3 drops), and a pack of Stevia (dry)
How to make it: Slice the strawberries. Place the strawberries in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of milk and both the Vanilla Creme Stevia and dry Stevia. Toss the ingredients together and serve the dessert.
Strawberry/Orange Smoothie, 1 serving
The ingredients listed are: 1/2 a fresh orange (or you can substitute 1/3 cup orange juice), 1 cup of fresh strawberries (you can substitute frozen), 3/4 cup ice (crushed), 1/2 a dropper Stevia (or 1 packet Stevia-any flavor), and a handful of frozen spinach leaves (you can leave these out; your choice).
How to make it: Put all the ingredients in the blender together and turn it on until it’s smooth. Pour and serve immediately.
