Things Not to Eat on the Homeopathic HCG Diet

When you’re on the homeopathic HCG diet…there are things you just can’t eat. You are dieting so it shouldn’t be a shock. The diet definitely requires will power and effort from the dieters in order to obtain weight loss success. There’s not a personal diet supervisor following you around stopping you when you attempt to break the protocol.

That would be nice. How many of us have watched a celebrity go from size 22 to size 2 in 2 months and moaned and griped that if we had the money to pay someone to monitor us 24 hours a day and refuse to allow us to eat and refuse to allow us to stop exercising…we’d be able to do the same thing? But that’s just being petty. Why shouldn’t they be able to be skinnier than us? We stare at them constantly. We’ve given them complexes. That’s why they used to try to keep the HCG dieting technique all to themselves!

Now that we all know about the marvelous weight loss effects of HCG and have it accessible through homeopathic methods we can match them pound for pound when it comes to weight loss. But we’ll only be able to take advantage of the weight loss offered by homeopathic HCG if we stick to the plan. That means eating certain things and not eating other things. Here are a few basic suggestions:

Things to Eat While on the Homeopathic HCG Diet:

-Creole seasoned grilled chicken (try Tony Chachere’s seasoning)

-steamed asparagus

-cabbage (steamed with pepper)

-fresh strawberries

-grapefruit (1/2 a red grapefruit is one serving)

-filet mignon

-tilapia

hemorrhoids saviour

-buffalo

Things Not to Eat While on the
Homeopathic HCG Diet:

-broccoli

-blackberries (sadly, berries in general aren’t on the list. It’s much more specific than that)

-carrots (these actually aren’t encouraged on many diet plans. They’re high in starch)

-marbled steak (obviously the “marbled” part means its fatty)

-chicken legs (don’t venture away from the suggested chicken breast)

-sausage (sausage is way too fatty)

-bell peppers (these are very yummy, but NOT HCG approved)

If you’re a veteran dieter…you might think the list of what not to eat while on the homeopathic HCG diet is a bit out there. There are definitely some healthy options. And there are definitely some options that aren’t exactly unhealthy. But that’s not the point. The point is that the homeopathic HCG diet is designed to maximize weight loss while on the weight loss formula. Stick to it; don’t question it or try to make adjustments of your own assuming you know better than the professionals.
