You can try to reduce your blood pressure once it is determined as high after taking various readings at various times. One of the major factor that can control blood pressure is too control your weight.
Increasing physical activity and shedding even a few pounds can help get hypertension back toward the normal range.
Another main thing to reduce high blood pressure is by reducing the intake of salt. And avoid processed and fast foods as they are loaded with high sodium.
Breakfast cereals, luncheon meat, almost anything that has been processed has had large amounts of sodium added to it. Put down the saltshaker, eat more raw vegetables and fruits and you may be amazed at the effect it will have on your blood pressure.
Relaxation is the major booster a drastic improvement on blood pressure can be made by relaxing. Hypertension is mainly caused by stress.
The mind and body need a break – and many people need to learn how to accomplish this.
