Rapid weight loss is often accused of being unhealthy, but these claims have recently been called into question by research that indicates that rapid weight loss actually bodes well for dieters.

Starting any diet with rapid weight loss is a good move according to recent research. And it’s the perfect solution to one of the most common problems with dieting: lack of motivation. There’s nothing more motivating than seeing rapid weight loss; especially if dieters are seeing it in the beginning of their program.
