Spying On Chad: HCG Weight Loss Diet Plan, Day 1
Chad’s a normal bloke. He goes to work and he comes home and he enjoys normal things like having a day off, going to a baseball game, hearing a funny joke and spending time with his friends and family. And like many other “normal blokes” he wants to lose weight. He finally decided to get it done by choosing a weight loss diet plan that offers results: homeopathic HCG dieting.
And in addition to deciding to diet…he’s going to let us watch his progress. We’ll be getting daily updates so we’ll be able to see just how much weight Chad loses and how he does it.
On Day 1 Chad weighed in at 241.5 pounds.
All of Day 1 and Day 2 are loading days. On loading days dieters are expected to eat as much as they can aiming at high calorie and high fat. They also start taking their oral HCG drops three times per day.
Chad followed the protocol. After he weighed himself on Day 1 he took his first .4 unit dose of homeopathic HCG oral drops. For all his meals Chad chose the highest calorie, highest fat content foods that were available. And when he thought he was finished…he finished it off with a big bowl of ice cream before bed and a tall glass of whole milk.
During the normal course of events…Chad doesn’t stuff himself to the verge of popping so he felt a bit uncomfortable throughout the day. But that’s a normal reaction to the loading days.
Chad figured the first two “loading” days would be really easy, but they weren’t nearly as easy as he thought. He had to actually try to reach for the high fat, high calorie foods by the end of the day. He had a bit of trouble falling asleep that night, but did sleep very well once he drifted off.
To remind himself that he needed to weigh himself and write it down in the morning Chad set a notebook out on his nightstand.
