Part 1, Free HCG Diet Recipes
People on the homeopathic HCG diet don’t have a lot to complain about. It’s affordable and it works. People lose anywhere from 15 to 80 pounds on average while on the short term diet. That’s just as much or more weight loss than is offered by many of the popular surgical procedures available in today’s weight loss industry.
One argument that is absolutely valid is the argument that there’s not a lot of enjoyment when it comes to eating while on the very low calorie diet required by the HCG protocol. The very low calorie diet (VLCD) requires dieters stick to a strict (very short) list of approved foods and to not exceed 500 calories per day.
Average Americans consume 500 calories regularly in one sitting. It might not even be a meal, but a snack. So the fact that dieters are expected to cut their entire day’s caloric intake down to no more than 500 calories is astonishing to many. The homeopathic HCG weight loss formula allows dieters to successfully cut back to this strict number of calories without suffering from hunger pains, but it doesn’t keep dieters from missing their favorite non-approved foods on a more emotional/entertainment level. Many find that it helps to incorporate HCG approved recipes in order to keep it a little bit interesting.

Chicken Marinara
Ingredients:
chicken, 100 g
1 small tomato, diced
garlic, 2-3 cloves
oregano, 1 teaspoon (or replace with fresh oregano)
basil, 1 teaspoon (or replace with fresh basil)
chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder, just a bit
pepper, just to taste
Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees. 1/2 of the diced tomatoes go in the casserole dish first. Take the chicken and sear it with garlic powder, pepper and salt (1 to 2 minutes on each side). Place the chicken on your tomatoes in the dish. Top it with minced garlic. Take the remaining tomatoes and toss them in a bowl with the oregano, basil, chili powder and pepper. Place the entire mixture on the chicken in your dish. Cover it tightly with a lid or with foil. Cook it for 45 to 60 minutes until cooked through.
