Often the problem that travelers have to deal with while traveling is the apparent lack of sleep. A jam-packed hostel dorm room, endless invitations to party every night or maybe the impulse to go to as much spots as you can with the limited time that you have for one vacation, are some of the factors that add up to not having enough rest. Of course you can always have time to relax and have some fun but always keep yourself in check. 1. Clear your nose. Try not to shift and confuse your body clock by going to bed late and waking up much later the next day. It will be tough to return to your normal sleeping pattern especially when you shift through changing time zones.
