After you are calm you can then return and fix the situation.

Relax

You need to be relaxed if you are going to be successful with anger management strategies.

Relaxing is something that you can do ahead of time. You do not have to wait until you are angry before you relax.

Even if you are calm it would help if you take time out every day to relax yourself. Relax your mind and relax your body.
