Excuses are easy when it comes to hitting the gym, particularly during a busy week. This can really put a damper on your weight loss goals if it goes on for too long. The key is to stick to your commitment, and keep yourself accountable for your workout sessions. This might mean getting to the gym right after work as opposed to going home first, or hiring a personal trainer who will expect you to show up and train every week.
