Fasting diet are a great way to purify one’s entire body from harmful toxins that build up from all the processed meals and man-made ingredients that we ingest. Fasting diet programs is also an effective method for a short term weightloss routine that can be used to initiate a permanent weight loss program. An example of a healthy fasting diet is cabbage soup diet, a seven day diet plan that concerns feeding on cabbage soup and water, along with a few restrained group of foods.

Cabbage soup gives your body a healthy source of nutrients when you are on a fasting diet. This will allow you to lose 8 to 10 pounds within just a week on a regular source of nutrients. The recipe is composed of 6 large green onions, 2 green peppers, 2 cans of diced or whole tomatoes, 3 carrots, 10 oz of mushrooms, a bunch of celery, 1/2 head cabbage, 1 package of Lipton soup mix, optional 1 or 2 cubes bouillon and 1 48oz can V8 juice, along with seasonings such as salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and so on. In addition to these ingredients, you can also modify the recipe so that it will not be boring through the entire duration of the fasting diet.

 

 

 

As for the fasting diet plan itself, for the duration of the first day, eat only the cabbage soup and any fruit with the exception of banana. You can drink unsweetened tea, black coffee and water. For the second day, consume fresh, raw or cooked veggies apart from dry beans, peas, and sweet corn, in addition to significant cabbage soup that you would like. Do not eat fruits. Have a bi baked potato for dinner. For the third day, eat as much as fruit, vegetables, and soup that you like. For the fourth day, eat eight bananas and ingest as many  glasses of skim milk, combined with the cabbage soup. For the fifth day, you may also eat meat by means of 300-500g of beef,  broiled or baked skin free chicken, or broiled fish. Eat the cabbage soup at least once. For the sixth day, eat ground beef and clean greens or salad, along with at least one serving of cabbage soup. On the final day, you can commence eating brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables, with the usual cabbage soup.
