Chad’s Weight Loss Fast Plan: Day 3

Chad’s on the homeopathic HCG diet. It’s day 3. He wants to see weight loss fast. He knows it’s possible because everyone is talking about it. In case you missed the articles on Day 1 and Day 2 here’s a quick update. All day on Days 1 and 2 Chad ate as much fatty, high calorie foods as possible. He felt like he was going to explode by the end of the day.

But don’t be disappointed. This is actually required according to the homeopathic HCG protocol. The first two days are for loading. It allows the HCG to get into the system. It also allows the dieter to be fully prepared to “go off” fatty and sugary foods come day 3.

On the morning of Day 3 Chad weighed himself. He was at 246 pounds.

Many call Day 3 the actual “beginning” of the diet. That’s because up until Day 3 dieters aren’t really asked to diet. They’re asked to gorge themselves. And there’s a huge difference.

Chad was really careful to follow all the protocol on Day 3. He really wants to see weight loss fast and the easiest way to make sure that happens is to follow the rules. The first thing he made sure to stick to was the weigh in procedure. He woke up, went to the bathroom and then weighed himself just like he had the two mornings previously. Following the same procedure ensures that he can easily and accurately compare his weights from day to day.
