Chad’s 6th Day Of HCG Weight Loss
It’s Day 6 of Chad’s HCG weight loss quest. He’s got his goals set and he’s well on the way to reaching them. He was told before starting that people started to see weight loss results right away and he’s really, really happy because it is apparently true. At least it’s been true in his case.
He’s been sticking to the rules that are laid out in the homeopathic HCG weight loss protocol. They are quite clear, and quite strict. so the fact that he’s been able to withstand temptation throughout the days is really saying something. For the first two days he “loaded” as required. On Day 3 he started the VLCD (very low calorie diet). This will last through Day 26.
After just one day on the very low calorie portion of the HCG weight loss program Chad dropped over seven pounds. It was amazing to Chad and it was amazing for all of us that were spying on him!
On Day 6 Chad weighed in at 234 pounds.
He’s lost another 1.5 pounds. Total weight loss at this point is 12 pounds (and it’s been less than one week). Since the average daily weight loss while on homeopathic HCG weight loss programs is 1 to 2 pounds per day that means that Chad is coming in on the high end when it comes to weight loss for this diet program. He’s having less cravings. He’s proud of his weight loss so far and he’s looking forward to losing more. He’s still got quite a bit more to go before he reaches his goal.
Chad is starting to realize that he just plain ate too much for most of his life. He always felt like he needed to clear his plate. He needed to go back for seconds and maybe even thirds. But that’s just not the case. His body needs far less food than he always assumed.
Chad’s positive that he’s going to be able to learn some good, new habits from being on the homeopathic HCG diet. Weight loss will be much easier to maintain after the fact since he’s not only sticking to a random set of rules, but sticking to a random set of rules that are teaching him how to pick, use, prepare and eat healthy foods. He feels like he’ll be able to control his weight now that he’s aware of his body’s caloric needs and the foods that can provide them in a healthy manner.
For starters…Chad had tea for breakfast. It’s suggested that you not have any of your food items until mid-day and Chad has really been sticking to that advice. For lunch he had chicken and spinach. He had an apple for snack. And then for dinner he had steak and onions. Right before bed he had an orange smoothie and he’s hoping the late night snack will help him fall asleep faster.
