Any Eggs While on the Homeopathic HCG Diet?

The Homeopathic HCG diet is one of a select few that actually use the very low calorie diet philosophy successfully. When the term very low calorie diet is used it means 500 calories per day maximum; at least when it comes to the homeopathic HCG diet that is the exact requirement. Attempts at very low calorie diets often lead to disaster, but when combined with the homeopathic HCG weight loss formula and appropriate guidance it offers typical weight loss results averaging 1 to 2 pounds per day.

The reason the homeopathic HCG diet offers such amazing results is in the nature of the weight loss formula. But that alone isn’t enough. Success is also dependent upon the diet itself. The list of approved foods is very short. There are certain vegetables that are approved. There are certain proteins that are approved. And there are certain fruits that are approved. And there are only two starches that are approved.

Many say that the list of approved foods is too short and unnecessarily demanding. But it was created for a reason. Every item that is approved has specific qualities that make them eligible for the list. Every food not on the list does not make the list for a reason. The list is there to ensure that weight loss success is maximized for each and every dieter.

One major point of dissatisfaction many dieters have regarding the homeopathic HCG approved food list is the lack of eggs. They seem like they should be on the list; they’re an obvious protein choice for dieters in general. But they are nowhere to be found in the general protocol for homeopathic HCG.

Program coordinators continue to hear the question, “What about eggs?” And they continue to give the same response, “Look at your list of approved proteins. There are no eggs on it. That means eggs are not an approved protein.”

Of course some dieters will venture away from the approved food list. They will eat things that they aren’t supposed to eat. (Hopefully not very often). These people may still lose weight. But they’ll never know how much weight they could have lost if they had stuck to the approved food list required for the diet.

Amelia Handley majored in exercise science in college with a minor in Nutrition. Yet she still found herself veering from diet to diet in order to control her weight. With HCG Diet Direct she’s found a program that allows her to combine her desire to control her own body weight with her education and not feel off balance.
