A Simple Way To Lose 30 Pounds
So you want to lose 30 pounds, but don’t know how to get started? Don’t worry about it. The answer below could be just what you need.
To begin, I’m going to tell you about an article that recently grabbed my attention. Some actor was asked how he got into shape for his new role. “I ate less and exercised more – it’s not rocket science,” was the actor’s response.
That makes fat loss look kind of easy, does it not? Do you really think it’s all that important to know the deep science in the various weight loss approaches? Forget about all the different statistics on various diet programs, simply focus on the tried and true reduced calorie diet.
Let’s start with some diet basics. First off, don’t drink anything unless it’s water or milk. Everything else has either unneeded calories or junky chemicals.
Next, make sure that you’re eating small meals about five times a day. This helps regulate your body’s fat burning furnace. If you can, start off each meal with some fruits or vegetables to help fill up your stomach.
So what kind of meals should you be eating? That’s largely up to you. Read on for some more help. And remember, when trying to lose weight, eat less than you normally would.
Don’t eat anything that has high fructose corn syrup or trans fats (partially hydrogenated oil). Those things are poison for your body and will pack on pounds. It is equally important not to eat at a restaurant, or any fried foods. This is important – always eat breakfast, and always eat protein in every meal.
Finally, we’ve gotten to the exercise part. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you do something. Start with walking for thirty minutes, then progress to jogging, do some sprints, lunges, tennis, swimming, weight training, whatever. Whatever you decide to do, make sure it’s enough to get you to break a sweat and get your heart pumping. However, before you get started, make sure your doctor says it’s ok.
